I am a 24 year old guitarist who was taught classical jazz, blues, rock, classic rock and punk music by several professional musicians. I have had 10 students who stayed with me as their teacher for more than 1 year. I am also a very good drummer and have had 2 drum students for over 1 year each. I can also teach bass guitar as well.

Teaching & Other Details
It is important to know what the student wants to get out of their instrument. What is it that will make them want to pick up their instrument and play and feel passionate about it. Do they want to play covers or do they want to know theory to write their own music, or both? It is important to have good communication with the student. In addition, it is important to let the student know how they are progressing and that they are doing things they couldn't have done before.
