Teaching & Other Details
The instructor will tailor courses specific to the individual's knowledge about the instrument. My aim is to make you fall in love with the instrument like I did when I first started learning. The beginner course will introduce you to the instrument history, the right posture to play and hold the Oud, tunning, Maqamat introduction exercises to get familiar with the fretless board, music theory, fingers positions, and picking patterns and techniques. Minimum 1.5 hours per session
