Professional Fiddle and Guitar player. Touring and recording since 2005. Specialize in folk music: celtic, american old time, bluegrass, country, tunes and improvisation. Can also teach beginner and intermediate mandolin, and beginner bass, clawhammer banjo. I can also teach music theory and ear training.

My teaching experience is giving private lessons from home, teaching at fiddle camps, and giving group masterclasses at music schools with my band Aerialists. Toured and recorded with bands: The Gruff (2005-2010) Fish & Bird (2007-2017) Jenny Ritter (2013-2017) Aerialists (2015-2018). Performances with artists: Dan Mangan, Corin Raymond, John Mann, The Deep Dark Woods, Daniel Lapp....

I specialize in teaching students to learn and play by ear. I also like to focus on developing a students ear and music theory understanding.
