I care very deeply about the progress of my students and understand that the guitar is a special instrument - there is no "one way" to play the guitar - it is an instrument that has reinvented itself over and over again in the context of the style in which it is played. Therefore a guitar instructor must be willing and able to adapt to the goals of each student while maintaining close attention to detail and a kind, patient and encouraging attitude.
